How the guide works
Resort & Evening Guide is an independent travel guide. It helps travellers find a good place to stay in Europe, the United States and Australia with an evening entertainment option on the property or a short walk away.
What you find here
- Hotels with a casino on the property or within walking distance, with the distance and walking time.
- What each hotel offers: rooms, dining, spa and pool, and how to get there.
- What each casino asks of visitors: opening hours, admission, dress code and minimum age.
- What else there is to do in the town, by day and in the evening.
How facts are checked
- Every fact has a source
- Facts about hotels and casinos come from official websites first: the hotel, the venue, the tourism board. Each factual statement carries a number that leads to its source at the foot of the page.
- Every page has a date
- Pages show when their facts were last checked against the sources. A page that has not been checked for 6 months is due for review.
- Unknown stays unknown
- If a detail cannot be confirmed, the page leaves it out. A missing star rating or facility means it is not confirmed, not that it does not exist.
- Distances are measured, not estimated
- Walking distances and times come from the hotel itself or from OpenStreetMap routing, and the source is named next to the figure.
What the guide is not
- It is not a casino or a betting service. It accepts no bets and no deposits.
- It is not affiliated with any casino operator.
- It shows no ratings, prices or availability of its own. Check availability with the hotel or a booking provider.
- Information can change. Confirm important details with the hotel or the venue before you travel.
