Overview

The casino is part of Resorts World Las Vegas, a resort at 3000 South Las Vegas Boulevard that houses three hotels under Hilton brands. The casino floor is inside the resort building: the resort's directions to its spa start "from the Casino" with the escalators up to the 2nd level, or from the guest elevators to floor 2. The resort is owned by the Genting Group, a publicly traded Malaysian corporation.^{1, 3, 4}

The resort states that it makes diligent efforts to prevent anyone under 21 years of age from taking part in any gambling and from loitering in the casino's gaming area.²

Licence and regulation

Gaming in Nevada is regulated by the Nevada Gaming Control Board, a state body of three full-time members appointed by the Governor that is responsible for regulating all aspects of the state's gaming industry through investigations, licensing and enforcement.
