Sanremo: Hotels & Evening Entertainment

Sanremo is a seaside resort on the western Ligurian coast. It is called the City of Flowers, a name the regional tourism portal traces to its central place in the growing of plants. The Italian Song Festival is held here every February at the Ariston Theatre, and the town gives its name to the Milan-Sanremo cycle race. The centre brings together the old quarter of La Pigna, the Imperatrice seafront promenade and the casino on Corso degli Inglesi.
