The hotel switches the sauna on at the guest's request and asks for 30 minutes' notice. It also states that, because of new legal rules, it cannot offer thermal water at present.1, 4
The hotel stands in the pedestrian zone. For drivers it gives Wilhelmstraße 4 as the address for the navigation system, reached from the B500 in the direction of the Festspielhaus and Kurhaus.
