Overview

Parc Hotel Billia is the four-star hotel of the Saint-Vincent Resort & Casino, in the Aosta Valley. By its own account it was created from the old wing of the Grand Hôtel Billia; the operating company describes it as the four-star hotel placed beside the five-star Grand Hôtel when the hotel complex was renovated. Casino de la Vallée belongs to the same resort. The casino describes its building as directly connected with the hotel complex, and the resort says the hotel complex is linked to the casino by an underground tunnel. The regional tourist board lists 119 rooms, made up of 113 deluxe rooms and 6 suites, and describes them as bright, in greys and white with touches of colour. The hotel's own site names four room categories: Comfort, Executive, Studio and Family.^{2, 11}

Dining

According to the regional tourist board, the restaurants of Grand Hôtel Billia and Parc Hotel Billia offer their guests three dining rooms with the same menu: 1908, La Grande Vue and Le Rascard, the last set in the park. The resort gives breakfast hours of 7 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. every day. Lunch starts at 12.30 p.m. and dinner at 7.30 p.m.; last orders are at 1.45 p.m. and 9.45 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, and at 2.05 p.m. and 10.15 p.m. from Friday to Sunday and on holidays.^{5, 12}

Wellness and leisure

The L'EVE wellness centre of the hotel complex has an indoor pool with large windows onto the park, an outdoor pool with a temperature-controlled basin for winter swimming, saunas and a series of showers. It normally opens from 9.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and until 8 p.m. from Friday to Sunday. Children under 8 are not admitted, and those aged 8 to 15 only in the morning with an adult. The gym has Technogym equipment and is open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The hotel lists its outdoor pool in the park as open from June to September.^{3, 4}

Getting there

By car, leave the A5 motorway at the Châtillon-Saint-Vincent exit and follow the SS26 towards the centre of Saint-Vincent; the resort says it appears on the left after about five minutes. The resort gives road distances of 86 km from Turin Caselle airport, 159 km from Milan Malpensa, 186 km from Milan Linate and 177 km from Geneva. The nearest railway station is in Châtillon, with a local bus to the hotel. The regional tourist board notes that the railway is temporarily closed and replaced by buses.^{7, 11, 13}

• The Saint-Vincent thermal spa, whose spring was discovered in 1770, is open all year round.¹⁴

Good to know

• The spa notice read on 9 October 2026 says the spa and gym are closed from 28 September to 12 October 2026. From 13 October 2026 until spring 2027 the outdoor pool is being renovated; during that time the outdoor area and the spa's indoor pool are closed, and the spa admits only guests aged 16 and over.⁴

• Parking near the hotel is free, uncovered and unattended. A Tesla charger and a universal charger for other electric cars are available to staying guests.³

• Pets are not allowed in the hotel.³

• Rooms are non-smoking, with some rooms set aside for smokers on request. Six rooms are designed for guests with disabilities.³
